Handcrafted Products
All our products are handcrafted by Indian artisans, which means slight irregularities may occur. These are not defects but unique characteristics that add to the beauty of each piece.
Return Policy
- You have 2 days from the date of delivery to register a return.
- After 2 days, the return window automatically closes.
- Returns are accepted only under special circumstances and are issued as store credits, redeemable exclusively on the Manira Luxe website.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product delivered is different from your original order.
- The product arrives damaged.
- The product has missing parts.
Requests must be initiated via WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
Return Process
- Click on the RETURNS option in the main menu and enter your details.
- Our team will validate and approve your request.
- The order will be picked up (please use the original packaging) and returned to us.
- After a quality check, store credits will be issued.
Refund Terms
- Refunds are provided as store credits, not monetary refunds.
- A Reverse Shipping Fee of INR 99 per order will be deducted from the refund amount.
- For damaged goods, the full product value will be refunded as store credit (no deduction).
Redeeming Store Credits
- Log in with your registered email ID and add products to your cart.
- Click the cart icon in the top-right corner.
- On the cart page, click Checkout and select Apply Store Credit.
- The refund amount will be instantly adjusted against your order value.
Lost Shipments
- In case of a lost shipment, a replacement or store credit will be offered after verification with the courier partner.
- Resolution may take 7–10 business days, depending on courier timelines.
- If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, customers must raise a complaint at info@maniraluxe.com within 24 hours for immediate inspection.
Important Notes
- Customised orders and sale items are not eligible for return.
- Promotional offers cannot be applied to return orders or credit notes.
- Returns are not accepted for products purchased from third-party websites or physical stores.
- Manira Luxe reserves the right to accept or reject any return request at its sole discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Due to operational constraints, order cancellations are not permitted. We encourage customers to place orders thoughtfully and avoid impulsive purchases.
